MergeJar (“the App”) is developed and operated by CindysFamily LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use MergeJar.

MergeJar does not collect, store, or share personal data.

1.1 Game Data (On-Device Only)

Gameplay progress and settings may be stored locally on your device so the app can function properly. We do not upload this information to our servers.

1.2 Apple-Provided Services

MergeJar may use Apple-provided services:

StoreKit for in-app purchases (e.g., Pro unlock)
Game Center for leaderboards and/or achievements (if enabled)

Any data processed by these services is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. We do not receive your payment details.

1.3 No Third-Party Analytics or Ads

MergeJar does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies such as:

Firebase Analytics
Google Analytics
Mixpanel
Advertising networks or trackers

No ads. No profiling. No tracking.

2. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not use personal information for marketing, profiling, or advertising. Local game data (if any) is used only to support core gameplay features on your device.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

3.1 On Your Device

Game progress and settings (if stored) remain on your device unless you delete the app.

3.2 No Server Storage

We do not operate a backend database for MergeJar and do not store your game data on our servers.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. We may share information only in narrow cases such as:

To comply with legal obligations (if applicable)
Through Apple services you choose to use (e.g., StoreKit, Game Center), which are processed by Apple

5. Data Retention

Local game data remains until you delete the app or reset your device.
In-app purchase records are managed by Apple and can be restored via StoreKit.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

Delete local game data by uninstalling the app
Manage Game Center access in iOS settings (if you use Game Center)
Restore purchases using the app’s “Restore Purchases” feature

7. Children’s Privacy

MergeJar is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We do not store personal data on our servers. You are responsible for securing your device (passcode, Face ID, etc.).

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any updates.
